Luke Harding is an award-winning foreign correspondent with the Guardian. He has reported from Delhi, Berlin and Moscow and has covered wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Libya.

He has published a book, Mafia State, about his time reporting in Russia, the espionage which he found himself subject to and his ultimate expulsion from the country, which made him the first foreign journalist to be expelled since the Cold War.

Besides his wealth of foreign correspondency, Luke was a fundamental part of the Guardian'
s small team which broke the US diplomatic cables leak, sifting through the contents of the cables and meeting with Julian Assange. He has recently published WikiLeaks: Inside Julian Assange's War on Secrecy.

Luke will be available after the talk for a Q&A and a signing of Mafia State which will be available on the night for £5.
